Another page in my horrid journal, I'm determined to get this journal finished before the end of the year lol
Can you believe it's day 28? I'm getting a little sad that AEDM is coming to an end :( sniff sniff, but I've met so many great creative people who have become new blogging friends :)
Day 27's final word count for NaNoWriMo was: 1,706 - I was all bleh yesterday so I guess it's quite a good result really. So I'm now totalling: 38,721, with 11,279 words remaining and 3 days to do it in, I'm off to work....

Your Horrid Journal is not in the least horrid, it is colourful and uplifting!
ReplyDeleteLeah said she is doing something every day in December....so it may not be the end. Are you pleased?
Hint: you could always put you novel on a blog page all its own and only those you tell will know it's there. Good idea?? Yes ???
Have a fun day!
xx
Go for it, only 3700 words a day. Hmmm... Maybe I should shut up.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about AEDM though. It's certainly got me going, and I may have to sign up for CED now. At least I'll be able to keep an eye on people on my blog :)
Jenny, i would SO love to get my hands on your "horrid journal"... :-) i've loved everything i've seen so far.
ReplyDeleteyes, so happy we've met. With or without AEDM, i'll be visiting often. I love what you do! thank you so much for the kind comments on my blog... xoxo
How do you define horrid? The way you have used it with your journal leads me to believe horrid means amazing, creative, colorful, inspiring. Truly, I would love a journal like yours- really love the previous pages peeking just a bit out the sides!
ReplyDeleteHorrid? Looks wild and colorful and free to me. :)
ReplyDeleteYou're stuck me me visiting after November, lady!
Good luck with the word count!!! Sorry, I'll be quiet now so you can write..... ;)
It certainly doesn't look horrid to me...LOVE it! The girl on your page looks kinda sad...is it because AEDM is coming to an end? ;) Will you be signing up for Creative Every Day on Leah's site? That's only a weekly check-in so less pressure. Regardless, I will be visiting your blog regularly and I'm so glad I found you via AEDM.
ReplyDeleteFingers are crossed that you have a couple of really good days for Nanowrimo! X Good luck ~ xo
horrid? It looks wild and beautiful to me. I'm sad that aedm is almost over too.
ReplyDeleteI actually like the horrid journal!
ReplyDeleteI'm sad about AEDM ending soon, too. So very sad! It's been so much fun, and I love seeing what everyone else is working on.
You can hit 50K! I know you can. :)
That poor journal is sure to have an inferiority complex, the way you talk about it. I think it looks great! Happy Writing :)
ReplyDeleteThree days - there's still time to finish NaNo! And if not, you still wrote a heck of a lot.
ReplyDeleteI feel sad for your poor horrid journal... it is like the poor ugly sister who blossoms into a beauty but the family still see her as ugly... it looks great.... as to the writing numbers... wowwwwww... you are freakin amazing... almost 40000 words is incredible... time to be nice to your self and that poor journal !!!
