Hi guys, so I've not been feeling too hot lately so I've just a little vlog of experiments to share today. Good news is though Jennibellie's on the mend and looking to get in some video-recording tonight for a 'proper' vid woohoo! Felt like I've not been 'on it' a lot lately, but beginning to feel like that is changing =)
So as I said this is just a lil experimenting I was doing as I wanted to know which results were best for getting a nice crisp stamped image with a stencil. The stencil I am using is by the lovely Jessica Sporn, who has been a featured TAT artist previously, and who has her own stencils out.
Have a great weekend =)
Much love
Hi Jennie! Hope your feeling better! I have recently begun experimenting with stencils and that is a beautiful one from Jessica Sporn. I will have to try your "method". I liked the sponge roller and brayer. I can see that running along one side of this super large journal page I have "started".
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better sweetie! Thanks for the video.

Hi Jenny , hope you feel better. Loved the video - very helpful. Have a happy weekend. much love to you too!
ReplyDeleteHowdy, I just made and purchased a bunch of stencils -- your work is truly lovely -- I would also love to win...hint hint
ReplyDeleteHi Jen. I really like the abstract look of the brushed on and smeared paint from your first attempt. It would make a great layer.
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun technique and WOW, with Jessica's stencil, it really pops that design nicely! Thank you for experimenting and sharing with us, Jenny! So glad you are feeling better, honey. Hate to think of you being ill as I know how draining it is physically, emotionally, mentally and artistically! :-( ((((hugsaboodlebunches)))) for you and Sweepie!!
ReplyDeleteJenny You can take the simpliest idea and just make it pop like NO ONE ELSE. What a beautiful second use for a stencil. Cannot wait to try this tomorrow! You always inspire me. FEEL BETTER!
ReplyDeleteFeel better ASAP. I love your videos and blog, BTW!
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling better Jenni! Love what you have done with the stencils, think I'm gonna have to have a play!
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend!
hugs Aly :o)
