I oft...I hope you feel more positive soon, Jenny. <br /><br />I often used to get depressed and it was part of my life...I found that writing it all down, just wrote anything that popped into my head, poetry etc....this all helped. <br /><br />Then I go for long country walks and just enjoy everything around me. <br /><br />You are good at writing!
